Comfort & power

Cool classrooms, lower running costs

Every unit is insulation-ready for tropical climates. Through our partnership with Rush Hour Energy, we can fit AC units and solar panels that keep classrooms comfortable while cutting long-term electricity bills.

AC Units

Energy-efficient cooling sized for each classroom, staff room or office. Pre-wired during factory fit-out so installation on your compound is fast and clean.

Solar Panels

Rooftop or ground-mount solar to power the AC unit and other classroom needs, reducing dependence on grid power and lowering the school's operating costs for years to come.

Engineering data

Tested numbers, not claims

Every unit is certified against the same structural, fire, acoustic and thermal test data — so boards and the Ministry can compare it directly with permanent construction.

Questions

What schools ask us first

How quickly can a unit be on our compound?

Installation can take as little as 48 hours from arrival on site, depending on the infrastructure already in place on the compound. Lead time before delivery depends on the model and how many units your school needs — we confirm exact dates in your quote.

Will it stand up to the next storm?

The frame is galvanised steel with corrosion-protected trusses and steel strapping for lateral stability, roofed in colour-coated steel and glazed with tempered double glass. Every unit carries a 2-year structural warranty and is engineered for a 50-year service life.

Are the buildings approved for school use in Jamaica?

Yes. The units are Bureau of Standards certified, meet all Jamaican building codes and are produced under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Installation is carried out by a licensed and insured crew.

Are the classrooms comfortable in the heat?

90 mm high-pressure foam insulation keeps interiors cool and cuts energy use, and glazing on two sides gives daylight with ≥45 dB sound insulation so noise from outside stays outside.

Can we rent for one term only?

Yes. Rental covers a term or a school year and includes delivery, installation and removal once permanent buildings are back in use. Lease and purchase are available for longer-term needs.

Who pays for foundations and utilities?

Your quote covers the unit, transport, assembly and installation. Ground preparation and utility connections are confirmed during planning so there are no surprises later.

Can the classrooms include AC and solar power?

Yes. We fit energy-efficient AC units during production, and through our partnership with Rush Hour Energy we can add solar panels to power the AC and classroom equipment. This lowers your running costs and reduces reliance on grid power.
